Our services include :

Warranty : The warranty of the product is checked in the warranty entitlement site and it is serviced as per
guidelines for products under warranty at minimum costs.

Out of warranty : If the product has exceeded the warranty period then it is said to be out of warranty and
it is serviced as per guidelines for products out of warranty on a chargeable basis.

Warranty extension packs :  Availability of warranty extension packs for IBM Servers, IBM & Lenovo Desktops, Lenovo Commercial Laptops (Think Series) and HP high end printers.

We also offer the service either as :

Walk-in-service : The customer can walk into our service centre with his product and get the product serviced.

Onsite service : The customer can call the customer care and get his complaint registered. Our service engineers will visit the customer location on receipt of the complaint from the customer care.  If the equipment is under Carry-in warranty a charge will be extended for this service.
